Sir,

I am shocked to bring to your knowledge that I have recently purchased the Nokia 5310 set which is infested with certain technical problems. The screen vanishes on its own and the mobile gets restarted. The calls get disconnected on their own n sub strange sound starts coming. The phone also hangs.

Sir I am a student and I have invested sum of money that is huge for me. I went to the dealer from whom I have purchased the phone but he refused replacement. It has just been 3 days since iI have purchased this phone and it is giving me so many problems.

I request you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
