Defective shoes

I bought adidas shoes from M/s, K.K. Footwear, opp. Dr. Pannalal Nursing Home, Ramghat road, aligarh (uttar pradesh) 202001 India phone (9412276931), worth Rs. 1620/- on 23-06.But within this short duration the shoes are damaging (peeling off the material). what is the reason behind this i dont know. may be the material used is not of good quality or whether the shoes are not of original quality. i put my grievence in front of the proprieter of M/s K.K. Footwear but he did not replied satisfactorily. he asked me to send the pair of shoes to the company. so, here i kindly request you to take action against the dealer and please help me to sought out my problem as soon as possible.
