Eplacement battery not received

Dear sir,

recently, I have received an envelope through post from your side. In it you have a letter saying that we must return our old battery through that same envelope. But, the thing is that I have not received any replacement battery till now. I have also contacted the nokia care center here in imphal, they say the new replacement battery should be inside that envelope which you sent but I found none in there. consequently, I have also made a complaint to the post office whether they have taken out the battery first and delivered it to us but they refused the charge. Now, I want help from your side.
