Restart problem

Myself Urvi Naik Purchased Nokia Mobile 331ci in dec 07 from one of your authorised dealer from navsari, di-surat n with in 3 months it getting restart problem n also when i change any sim card at that time also phone getting restart n when i took any file through blutooth at that time also phone getting restart problemand after that i went to nokia care center navsari n they told me that it is software version problem n it will be resolved after upgrading new software n that girl upadte new software but after this with in second day same problem arise, my phone IMEI no is:0550573356974/01/375175/1 n cmpln no:405434038/080126/39 n i didn't expect this type of service from branded compnay like nokia now i want my money back n i will guide my all friends n relatives that never purchase nokia,
