Nokia 5310 XpressMusic switches off / hangs

On 4th of Feb 08 i bought the Nokia 5310 XpressMusic. This cell gets into hang mode very often. so much so that when i switch it after struggling a lot with the hang mode it then takes me directly to the date and time screen - in which i have to every time key in the current date and time. This had become a regular feature.

Hence on 16th of Feb 08 i went back to the dealer and got it REPLACED. However this new cell is also showing the SAME problem.

Can you please suggestion what is the matter??
