Useless customer care

I had given my mobile for service on the 28th and was informed that there was a manufacturing defect and a new handset will be replaced within 15 days. But i m still waiting fot more than 20 days with the same status on their stupid website https://nokia.hclinfinet.com/nokia.care where only the dates keep changing from one day to another without any proper resolution. Dont really understand y it would take such a long time for the replacement of mobile at Nokia when Sony can replace handsets in 3 days. The customer service is the worst i have ever come across... HCL Infinet >>ANNA SALAI... and the best part is i have not received any proper response for my emails that i had sent to them... NOKIA SUCKS... Wish i had never given my mobile for service...
