Not responding to my replacement mobile

Sir!

i bought new Nokia N70 on 9 th month of it got scrapped on january then i gave it in Nokia Care in Hyderabad. They said that with in 10 days i will get new mobile but when i went on 11 th they said i takes some time to get back by mobile this processing is going on till now this is the third month from the day i gave my mobile in the Nokia care they are not at all responding to me. so i humbly request you to take some action against them so that i can get my mobile as soon as possible.
