My name is G.Magesh. I'm from chennai.

Job sheet no. is 3200270905.IMEI is 351854010454622.

I gave my Nokia 5500 sport for warranty service. They said i'll get a replacement for my mobile. After 20 days they told me that they don't have stock for 5500, so they offered me 6300 .But I didn't accepted it, as it's a series 40 mobile, much lower version than my mobile. My mobile is a series 60 3rd edition phone. Which my mobile belongs to samrtphone category.

I mailed to Nokia care, they said they'll take further step to resolve my problem. But I didn't get my mobile yet. I've mailed them more than thrice, they are just giving me assurance. So I asked them to give me an alternate series 60 3rd edition phone. But they're not replying me.

Please suggest me, what should I do to get my mobile or an alternate mobile which belong to the same platform.

If they didn't reply me within tuesday. I'm planned to file petition against them in National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission (NCDRC)

I need your help!!

Can anyone take my problem to be heared by the Nokia CEO.Or give me your suggestion.
