Faltered Bluetooth not getting replaced

Hi,

This is an official comlaint on behalf of ABHISHEK MINTU, owner Nokia 3110c, IMEI No. 355535016960078, Job sheet # 026434038/080304/31,

I submitted my Phone Nokia 3110c to SHEETLA WLL SRVs centre, Old Delhi Road, Gurgaon on the 04th of March for repair of FM Audio and remedy Restarting Error.

On the 08th of March, the executives over there told me that My phone has been sent to the Nokia Office as it can't be repaired and that I'll get a replacement.

I kept my cool.. 03 days later, they repeated the same thing and said " we have no updates about your phone'. Still I maintained my calm. Next evening again I was told the same thing...

This is something like harassing the poor customers of Nokia very badly and it is totally intolerable!!!

So now the issue is boiling and I officially warn the concerned authorities to look into the matter and deliver me the replacement of my set at the earliest and respond back to me within 24 hrs..

Also, if I don't get a suitable reply soon, You should be ready to face legal actions in the CONSUMER COURT OF INDIA.
