Mobile display Damage

To Whosover it may concern

This is in regards to the Nokia Mobile Model nmbr 5610 (IMEI Number: 358652015238229) which was purchased on the 11th March 08 and stopped functioning on the 16th March 08, Merely after 5 days

well the ordeal was not over when i went down to an Nokia Care (Green Park) the Service Engineer informed me that the Display of the Phone was damaged, My usual reaction of amazement made me ask without any external damage to the Phone how could the Display be damaged and I was advised to deposit the phone for 4 days with the centre

I do not call this service even if it is free of charge, I believe my phone should be replaced and a new set should be given to me against the damaged one

Would request you to take initiative before my patience gives away
