Eplacement of BL-5c batteries

Am Annshul Jain, Pune, this is regarding the replacement of BL-5c batteries in nokia handsets which was in air some 7-8 months back. At that time company promised to replace the batteries within one week but i have not received my set of battery till now. I payed visit to Nokia customer care but there i got to know that they can't help me on this.

Now i m totally blank what to do...!!

Howcome Nokia is not keeping up to its promise.
