Foolling PPL

To Manager,

Nokia Care - RT Nagar Bangalore.

This is with the reference Job sheet Number 281343506/080306/32 and the complaint number 2-2WX225..

I had purchased a Nokia N73 ME on the 10th of Dec and had paid INR, 15, 400.00 for the same.

(IMEI: 358973012304693)

There was some problem in the Cell Phone so I had submitted the Mobile to the nokia service center on the 6th of March.

The Job sheet number has some terms and conditions.

1) It sys it will take a maximum of 14 days to perform the repair and give it back.

My concern is :

On the 14th day I called up the nokia care on the 20th of march they told me that it will take 5 more days.--

After I contact on the 25th they tell to contact the nokia customer care and register a complaint.. I also registered the complaint. They told me the handset cannot be repaired and will be exchange with an other on the 1st of April.

I go to he Nokia care - RT nagar on the 1st of April .. I was fooled. Both the Nokia Care ppl are Just fooling around and they ask for One more day. Again I go on the 2nd they said tomorrow and again on 3rd I Go they say in the Evening before 6 I will get a replacement. So finally I get a used one as a replacement. On the 4th of April..

I am not satisfied.. The cell has purchased Just 2 months 20 days and its not working (dead). I do not want a used handset. I am not interested in a used one. Kindly provide me a new handset (Box Piece) or kindly repay of the money back.

I am very sorry to say - The service Nokia is providing are worse than the Government Service.. It is not satisfied the consumer but you are forcing the consumer.

I have not taken the replacement handset from the Nokia Care RT - Nagar, and I will not take until I Get a New one,

If Nokia is not taking this seriously, I should go through the proper channels. I will be wanting a acknowledgement from the Nokia Care on the letter.. (which has the same thing written) and we take it to the consumer Court. Also if I don’t get a reply within 2 days I will start sharing the same in the websites. Blogs.. Etc.. And beware ppl on the nokia and the service of the Nokia.

Again I will not ready to take a used handset as a replacement.. Kindly reply for the same ASAP.
