Nokia customer service is pathetic

I had bought Nokia 5310 on Jan 08 & from day 1 it had problems in GPRS functionality.
As per my discussions with nokia executives on 080 30303838 i had submitted my handset twice to mumbai nokia service centre in lower parel & provided them with the job nos.
Copmplaint nos provided to me by your phone executives are
1. 2-2UKOSR (23 Feb 08)
2. 2-2WAN9F (15 Mar 08)
I was assured that my problems in phone will be resolved which never happened even after replacing the handset.
Also when i asked for senior executives of Nokia Care line, none were available & no one ared to call back.
I have to constantly do a follow up by calling bangalore number which on an average takes 10-15 mins std call.
Think i mite have already spent above 500 bucks just calling nokia call centre.
2 months since the complaint made, nokia care is asking me to again submit my handset to their service centre & again follow the process which has been already done twice.
Sorry to say but this is my worst experience of customer service of my life.
