Pathetic service from nokia care

Dear sir,

I brought Nokia N73m edition on 15/08.

owing to some technical problems i gave my mobile in NOKIA CARE CENTRE (HCL),

G1, G2, VENKAT PLAZA, PUNJAGUTTA, HYDERABAD on 6-02.I was told i will be getting replacement of my handset WITHIN 2 WEEKS. I HAVEN"T GOT IT TILL NOW.

IT"S BEEN ALMOST TWO & HALF MONTHS.

I did even called to customer care no.08030303838.They aren't responding properly.

my complain no: 2-2XQKNH.
