I am not getting my phone back which i purchased for 10, 000rs

Hello i had given my phone for service but then i am not getting back my phone and i am also not getting any response from the nokia care . they are just telling me to wait and no time is given to me. Its been a month i have given my phone to the centre and have called meny times i went there for around 15 to 20 times but i have not got any response. and today the nokia care executive was about to hit me and warned me also, and straight away told me that i wont get my phone back.

This is not the problem faced by me but hundreds of customers i hope there are strict actions taken by nokia and consumer court.
