Not recieved battery

I purchased a nokia6630 which lies in your faulty battery manufacturing... battery no 05123011145627855110..i put on a request for replacment in thier website 5 month back..but till date i have not recieved it ...& when i contacted NOKIA Care they are sayin g we cant do anything for this neither they are aready to give any email id or contact no..for putting up the complaint..Pl get my battery changed
