Automatic switch off & Voice Problem

Sir/madam,

I will give my mobile to nokia care centre 20/03.They told to me my mobile give to me 21/04.but they dont give. Before this complaint i will give already 3 times.sir/madam iam facing so many problems from your product. They told to me give new mobile. Try to give as soon as possible my mobile are new mobile. iam facing lot of problems with out using mobile.
