Hi,

This is Naser here, i took a brand new nokia cell phone model E62, after 5 mothns my cell battery back up was not so good i went to nokia care centre to repair it, they informed you will get cell after 12 days days, but when i went there they have created a story and informed me that your cell is not repairable and we will be replaced you new call phone for that we need another 12 days of time, i agreed to that when i went after 12 days they told the cell has not yet come from head office it will take another 1 weak of time, i agreed to that later on when i went o nokis care office they have taken another two daysof time. after all this in last i recieved a new piece when i went home and check it was a second hand phone, later on i mentioned this is a second hand phone they told ohh by mstake we have given you the old cell we wil replace you with a new cell and it will take one more weak time, the same thing is going on till now and its almost 4 months, still i dd't recieve my cell phone and nokia care people are cheating with customers. tillnow i recieved four brand news cell but it was all dummy peaces they ahev provided me.i want to take action against nokia, i have spend around 1000 bucks on telephone bills.
