I am Pratp Ravindranath Parseker. I am prepaid customer of your loop mobile service. My mobile number is 9773686996.Since last 10 days Rs.5/- deduct from my prepaid account balance for downloading game which I have never register & download anything. I have give a call daily customer care unsubscribe this service but they hold my call half an hour & told me that please check atcafe side & unsubscribe this service.

Unsubscribe this game service urgently from today because since 20 days customer care gime me promices & refund my Rs.50/- asap otherwise i will complaint about this matter.
