Long Delay of 2 months to get back the phone for a minor complaint

I have given my phone (on Warranty) to HCL Nokia care at Anna salai in channei on 29th March 08. for a minor complaint ie. On/Off Switch pad Peeled off. They asked to come & collect on 31st March 08.Upon several visits, they informed I will be given a new handset as it is on Warrenty. Finally i got an sms 13th May saying "My handset is ready for collection. I reached Nokia care office, To my surprise I was given an old handset, Older than mine (mine is < 1 yearold) with '06 version loaded. There itself handset was improperly functioning & technician took it back. And asked me 1 more week time that too not confirmed. I ve been put to series of trouble for the PAST 3 MONTHS & NOT INTERESTED IN TAKING BACK OLD ROTTEN SET THAT SOMEBODY USED.For your ref: Job sheet No :3200283807.I would expect decent resolution to this Complaint.
