NEW BATTERY NOT HOLDING CHARGE

I purchased a new Nokia battery (BL-6C) worth Rs 1450 from Hot Spot Retails Pvt Ltd from 189, Channi Complex, shop no 3. Model Town Jalandhar.

the batt was bought on 29 Mar 08 and within one month, it has started to show reduced holding of charge. though initially i felt that it may not be true but now it is confirmed that the batt does not last 24 hrs even after full charge though the total talk time is about 1-15 min per day only.

the batt no as written on the invoice is 6417182359514

i request that i may be advised as to where to send the batt for replacement
