They lost my keypad and refused to give reimburse

I had gone to find about my mobile, which i had given for repair but when i cam to collect it, as they were charging me a bomb for its repair. so they told me they kind find me keypad and in all probabilities it is lost... and when i told them give me another one they point blank told name to buy as they do not reimburse for what they have lost... they were really rude. similar incident happened with my friend when she gave her phone for repairin gand did not get back till two months and that also after a lot of coaxing and whining.
