Avoid buying Nokia

Sir,

I have purchased a cell phone, NOKIA model- 6270 on 28-11-07. After 2 month of purchasing i started facing problems of SWITCH OFF/RESTART (HANG), then i approched to the following service centre for the repairance purpose several times

KING'S WAY CAMP

NEW DELHI.

but i never get any satisfactory solution then afterwards when i go through more problems with the set i went to this below mentioned service centre for better results i.e

HCL INFO SYSTEM LTD

(A SUBSIDIARY OF HCL INFO LTD.)

30/28 EAST PATEL NAGAR

NEW DELHI.

But again this centre is not able to help me out. as they are saying that there are lots of fault in the set like panel lock damage, loose screws and default in screen display, dust particles in the set.

finally again i am giving it to same service center

Now what to do with this handset.

Please help me as i put lots of efforts but all are in vein.

Hoping for quick action.
