Frustrated with mobile N81

Dear sir,

I had purchased N81 mobile from The Cellular Solutions # 1575, 11th Main, 4th Block. Jayanagar. Bangalore 560 041.Mr Sanjay. G

just in two months time my mobile N81 screen became blank and I returned the mobile to the dealer immediately for repair since it was in warranty period. The dealer sent the handset to

Nokia care point Jayanagar Bangalore and got it repaired and returned it to me after 1 months time, again the next day same problem occured and I returned the mobile to the dealer to get it repaired once again. This circus happened atleast 4 times and my mobile was lying with Nokia centre atleast for 2 months but till today the hand set problem has not been rectified and I am frustrated with N81 model and lost all my faith in the Nokia company. I have returned my hand set to the dealer and I dont want the mobile back from your company instood I want you to replace the handset with different model or return my money Rs.20000 Immediately. If not I will be claiming for the loss incurred for me due to the manufacturing defect of your mobile N81 legally through customers court.
