I don’t know whether there will be any solutions of this complain or not I am writing from Bangladesh and is a victim of nokia's cheating. On March I purchased a nokia phone and from the very next day the phone started to behave ghostly. Then I contacted with nosier care they serviced the phone and assured me that it is ok. Though at the time of purchase nosier store has committed that if there is any manufacturing fault then they will replaced the phone but nosier care only serviced the phone which also didn’t work. So please nosier authority stop these sorts of cheating and do business with some eathics. The economic loss that I am facing every day might not be measurable by you. I you have the business ethics then reply me being brave.
