Tvs scooty pep

I have purchased a scooty pep from aditi tvs on 8 th november. I have given ma scooty for servicing on 22 november and they are not agreeing that the angle of left hand side mirror is not as it has to be. when i drive i am unable to see the vehicle or the people coming from back...

I think its manufacturing defect and aditi tvs is not cooperating with me, if you also don't agree i can prove it and i got a very unsatisfactory reply from aditi tvs and a very rude behaviour i had experienced from aditi tvs

hoping for the positive and quick reply...
