Re:- Replacement of Nokia N73M (IMEI No. 353641015565132)

We are shocked to bring to your knowledge that we have purchased the above-noted set on dated 12.04.07. After six months or so it is infested with certain technical problems related to back 3.2 megapickcel camera. As it was under warranty we have submitted the handset to your approved nokia care centre (M/s R J Tradelinks, Nagpur. Mr Solanki, Phone no - 0712-3294088)). To our surprised after so much of extenstive follow up the said mobile is not being return back and now understand it is not being loacted also. Since we have purchased the phone at a very dear price, we expect full value for our money and ask you to replace the set at the earliest. Also ensure that such problems do not creep up in future and that our faith in Nokia remains undaunted.
