RUDE BEHAVIOUR AND FRUSTRATING SERVICE

I have a NOKIA handset and i was facing trouble with it so i went to local service station (NOKIA CARE, TONK ROAD, JAIPUR) i asked for the manager from security and i got the most amazing answer that "i am the manager here" and i said okey so can i have your name he said i am KAMAL .Its so funny and frustrating to the see the manager standing in GUARDS DRESS, i guess nokia must have rolled out a NEW DRESS Code for managers and new qualification policy too.

i guess this service center is the most pathetic service center i have ever visited.

NEEDS ESCALATIONs..
