Phone repaired but not delivered to me

I have given my headset to the nokia care branch (bikaner, rajsthan) on the date of 5 june. they said that your phone repaired in 10 to 15 days . i have checked my job sheet status on the authorised site of nokia care. site shows that my phone repaired and ready for collection . then i go to nokia care and asked about my phone . but they said your phone send to the company and not repaired yet . i also said that i had check the site and it shows repaired . the employee of custmer care was so ruff and crazzy . he battled with me and said site will not shows data properly and i am giving the write answer.

so what can i do to collect my mobile?
