To Idea Customer Care

Please note that since last 5-6 Days My GPRS Connetion is not working. I have given written mail to them. Also i have complaint lot of times to Customer Care Persons & they have assured me after 4 Hrs my services will be continued.

I don't know when their 4 hrs will be completed.

I think they people dont have any value of their committment.

If This is the Service, then I am ectremely sorry to say that i have to Left this Connection.

I am not understanding why these peoples are not serious???
