Faulty handset not being replaced

Sir,

this is with refference to the filing of the complaint with u that i bought a nokia cell phone.nd it started giving me problems from the day of the purcahse only but now i am not being provided with the replacement, y i should be getting the 1 day old set being repaired rather than being replaced? if u take no action in doing so i ll be filing a complaint in the consumer forum against the nokia company.
