Delay in repairing

Dear Sir/Mam

I have given my Nokia 6270 to Nokia care (Sheetla WLL service, opp. Sector-14, Gurgaon) on 25.06.08.My IMEI number is 353259012390899 and Job sheet number is 026434038/080625/131.As per them it will take 2 days for repair.

Already 16 days has get over and i have get no positive feedback from that side.

Ihave made phone calls to them many times and they reply the same thing all the time that it will take 2 days more.

I have also complaint it at Nokia careline 1800-425-3388 on 08.07.08 my complaint no is 2/361LUF.

Plesase do the needful and help me out and what thing i have to do.

I think that have made a mistake by choosing the Nokia and nokia care for repairing.

Please do the needful and i hope for a response.
