Phone not repaired

This to inform you that nokia is the worst company in this world.

I have already sent my phone twice to the nokia care center thrice and they have made my cell condition more than worse... thrice my handset has been submitted for vibarator and when phone come back from the care center it also come with a new issue not again they have peel of the color of the phone as well as well the joy stick is not working.

The customer service person at this nokia care center is so rude.

I am from New delhi And I have submitted my handset at naraina branch customer care center...

I want my handset to be swapped as soon as possible I am not at all sastisfied with this phone now... or else I am also goingto file a case againt nokia in Consumer care... Make sure you replace my handset as soon as you can...
