They are not returning the new cell phone

I had given my nokia 5300 for reparing on 24th june.still they are not returning my cell phone. They had given me the confirmation but they are not on their words. Now they promise me to exchange it with the new phone. According to them there was a major fault in the cell. Again they are now promising me to return my cell on 21th july. If they will not return my cell on monday then i am going to knock the door of consumer court. It's high time now. I had wait for almost even a month. So i hope that u will understand my problem and take action against them.
