Faulty phone/poor service center facilities

I gave my phone (nokia e-65) to service center on 7/7/08 and till now (18/7/08) i have not received it i am in touch with the center people and they are telling me it is under repair.i dont understand like nokia dosent have efficient engineers to repair a mobile.its been 11 days now im being harassed by them and in todays world how important mobile is
