Poor Service at NoKia Care, Jalandhar-Basant Chowk

Sub: Pathetic service from Jalandhar Nokia Care-Basant Chowk.

I bought N-82 Handset From D.K.Marketing-Amritsar on 19.05.08 right from day one this phone has being hanging, switching on and off so i went to jalandhar Nokia care and submitted my hand set on 20.06.2008 i was given a manual job sheet No. 804 and as on now there is still no replacement or repair of my mobile, only answer i get there is that your handset is pending in Chandigarh and we do not know what is happening you call on tuesday, wednesday...

Fail to understand why it takes so long to repair or replace my mobile.

Nokia slogan "Connecting People" is totally baseless, as nokia care Jalandhar Can never be contacted so have to visit personally, where the cunning receptionist makes you what and gives a very rude answer " Your hand set is pending at Chandigarh, we do not know why? you come next week." If you go to the back office you meet a person called xxx who says you do not call us we will call you. which never happens and when you ask him what happened he says you will get your mobile on Tuesday which also never happens.
