Not recieving my mobile back from service cente

I have purchased a Nokia Mobile 5610-d mobile on May 31. This mobile was not working well so i went to service center of Nokia and submitted it there for repair on June 11 (Job sheet no. 358343506/080611/32). Till now (July 25) i have not got my mobile back and when ever i go to service center then they told me that it will be given in two to three days. i am fed up of all this and i asked them to replace my mobile as it is in guarantee period which they deny.
