Epairing of mobile 6030

NOKIA 6030 (MOBILE SET NO IMEI - 354820019828956) moble set was given to NOKIA CARE (Vision Care, Hurdutt Rai Chamaria road, howrah, west bengal) for repairing under warrenty period.

The mobile set was not repaired by the service center even though the set was kept by the for 40 days.

the set was returned to me after 40 odd days without repairing after that I asked the local repairing person to repair the same. It was shocking to know that the NOKIA CARE had tempered my set.

I made comlaint to the service centre but no reply has been received from them so far.

Coplaint lodged to the nokia support has also not replied properly only has asked me to give a call to the CALL CENTRE

I would request to the CONSUMER FORUM to look into the matter and take proper action against the NOKIA CARE so that they compenset me for the loss
