Unsatisfactory repair done

Sir, i purchased nokia 6300 six months ago..1 month back my phone started switching off automatically. on handiong over my phone to nokia care centre several times i m not getting satisfactory result. my phone remains with you in 20 days a month. even sending to your bhopal office for repair i m not getting satisfactory result. Is ur staff not competent enough to repair a phone? i m not at all satisfied with ur service. Because of this instance i will not purchase any more nokia handsets...
