Non-provide of charger after 25 days against newly purchased mobile set on 29.05.08

Dear Sir,

I Have purchased a mobile set no. Nokia 2626 black from Om electronic & communication Allahabad on 29.05.08. With in two month the charger is stop his functioning. We have delivered the charger to Nokia Service centre in allahabad i.e. Nokia care centre c/o Narain Auto mobiles sanjay tower, 136a/3/1a/a2 Stainly road patrika Chauraha, Allahabad-211001 Ph.no.9889922145 on 25.07.2008. After lapses of 25 days, neither they have given new charger nor handover my old repair charges. It is a shocking for people that a reputer company has not given his service as per his reputation.

we are giving details of charger as under- Model-AC-2N IMEI No.5583 . Nokia 2626

Kindly take up the matter with local centre so that we will received the new charger other wise we will bounfd to complain in consumer forum after 7 days.
