Poor response from Nokia Care

Hi, I am CP Dwivedi. I was using model no. 3230 of Nokia. The network of the same was not working. As I approached to Nokia Care, Sanjay Gandhi Puram, Lucknow, the attitude however has worsen the things. The problem told was neither entertained nor any interest was shown for it's resolution. An insisted option provided to me was to go for a costlier handset. The occurence of defect however differs from person to person at Nokia Care.
I was also insisted that the hanset should be repaired at my own cost from some other service provider.
On the above ground, I am bound to think about the parameters set for serving the customers creating such a pathetic state of affairs.
