Nobody responding at nokia care

I've logged a complaint in Nokia repair center at gurgaon. The Job Sheet Number is :525434038/080809/10.My Nokia handset has been sent to the service center for 45 days and they have not provided me any standby device. How can I work without cell phone. This is the maufacturing defect which I am facing the day when I've purchase it.

Now I've sent two emails at instant_gurgaon@nokiacareindia.com but nobody is reponding to my emails. And the number which is mentioned in the job sheet is always busy.

Please expecting some help from this forum.
