Epair of handset

It is quite harrasing that nokia care centres in India are not attending customers properl. Better them call as Nokia careless centres. I deposted my N73 at one of centre in Green park, New Delhi with complaints of 'Non switching on' on 20th Aug 08. As per job sheet provided me, the expected date was given as 23rd Aug as the problem so detected was related to its software only. Since the date I have been trying my best to get repair status from help lines. But unfortunetely nothing has come out so far. On repated tries, I realised that they are knowingly avoiding customers from queires. The whole episode is quite upsetting. It is beyond understanding as what they are doing with handsets. In my case such delay was not supposed to be as there was no hardware problems. Please help anyone from dilemna.
