Problem with the Handset

Dear sir,

I have purchased Nokia N81 from Thane within 3 months it gave problems with the upper keypad. I had submitted my mobile twice for the same problem.

Now again i faced same problem i went to Nokia care (Prudent Telecom) in Thane (Maharashtra), they have provided me a temporary old Upper panel and have told me to wait for a week for a new upper panel.

Since past 3 weeks i am waiting for the replacement of Upper Panel and yet no proper response from them. They say that we have asked from Nokia company to provide new upper panel.

Please let me know what should i do in this case.
