Dear Sir,

i gave my nokia 56100 for repair as it wasvolume key not working, at nokia care DEVATHA COMMUNICATIONS at Kukatpally. This mobile is under warrnty we will send Nokia.after 2 Weeks u it will come. I said ok and I come back. I sutmit 02-08-08.Still iam not get my phone.when iam ask mmy phone they people tell not proper responce.they not telling actual what happen.

Following were problem created these are...

1. sound of speakers deteroid.

2. navigation key not working.

4. keypad not working.

That service center is Authorised. But services are very poor.they not responding when ever i call to that phone no they are not lefting the phone.if they lifted they tell after 10 min we will call back u. But they not call back single time also
