Keypad not working (Transreciever)

Sir,

I had deposited my cell 2626 with nokia care centre (Behind petrolpump, Sant Dnyaneshwar paduka chowk, pune) on 01.sep

The target delivery was on same day and i visited the place on 5 sep i was satnding in queue for 2 hrs but it was not repaired again i went there on 12sep they told it is repaired but now again i see that i can neither make or recieve a call. My cell is in warranty period so i want a replacement because everytime i repair it stops working in some days.
