Incomming call voice

I have brought a C7 on 1.09. after 1 day back screeching sound comes when u make a call or receive a call, though i have consulted nokia care, chennai and they have replaced the speaker still it makes screeching voices, i would rather ask a question to nokia is buying a phone of 17, 000 rupees is worth it???
