Mobile reparing problem

Dear Sir/Madam,

With due respect I want to inform you that i have given my Nokia handset to your Nokia service centre sector-7, Panchkula, Haryana for repairing one month ago which I have not received it yet. My job sheet no is 191343506/080821/5 Whenever I visit the centre for it they just tell one week more. But according to your SMS/website center my mobile was repaired & dispatch on 7th September. But still i don't get my mobile.

so I request you to kindly take action against that care centre & provide me my mobile.
