Re:- Repairing of Nokia N70 set Colour Black IMEI no. 358080010568079

I have given my Nokia N-70 in 25 July in Jorhat Nokia Care. But till date i have not get my set back. As per telephonic discussion Guwahati sentre informed me that they send my set to Jorhat in 27th Aug. My job sheet no. 26798.Acording to guwahati they send my set vide challan no. 2435 and docket no. 58050078590 and my handset sr. no. is 12.Please do something for my set.otherwise i shall go to the consumer forum against this matter.
