I had purchase a mobile set nokia make (NOKIA 3110 C BLACK, IMEI:353081024303367 from BALA JI MOBILE POINT NH-24, DELHI ROAD, GAJRAULA, DISTT.-J.P.NAGAR (U.P) ON 07.04.2008.After one month i had switched off the button of the mobile set, then after mbile was not switched on . i have complaint to that shop, he send to moradabad service centre for repairing.but was not ok after many times repairing.now i have no reply from mobile centre .what can be do . i have told many times to mobil shop owner he has refused to give me the replacement of mobile set.i have lost Rs 5700 for the set. where i have to complaint i dont know.pleae look into the matter other wise we will loose faith in nokia company product.
